30 Angkor Wat Pictures That Will Make You Want To Visit Cambodia

by David & Intan

The Angkor Wat temple complex in Cambodia is one of the biggest religious monuments in the world, and a quick look at some Angkor Wat pictures will convince any serious traveler to add it to their bucket list.

Exploring this place feels a bit like stepping into The Jungle Book. These are massive Hindu temple ruins built by the Khmer empire in the 12th century, and they cover a huge area of land.

I’ve visited Cambodia several times, but it’s always a fascinating and thought provoking place. Hopefully these Angkor Wat pictures inspire your travels too!
